What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit, money order or personal cheque. Please see our Payments page for information on how to place your order.

What are your postage costs?

Austraila wide - Shipping via regular post Australia wide is included in the prices. You can opt to have your order sent via express post for an extra $2.50.

International: Additional shipping will be charged during checkout depending on your country. We regret we are unable to ship to USA or Canada. Please feel free to email us prior to placing your order for a quote.

How long does it take for my order to be sent?

Orders are ususally dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment.

Do you accept slings back for exchange?

We are happy to exchange a sling for another colour or fabric if you change your mind once you see the sling. Slings need to be in new, unwashed condition and returned within 30 days of your purchase. There is a $5 charge to send the new sling out to you. Please contact us prior to returning your sling.

What is your return policy?

Slings - We urge you to try the sling for the first few times when your baby is feed and well rested. It can take a few uses for you and your baby to get used to the sling. If you find that the sling is not for you and your baby, we are happy to refund the purchase price less postage providing the sling is returned within 30 days of your order in new, unwashed condition. Please contact us prior to returning your sling.

Pads- for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept pads back for credit. If, however, you find that there is a fault with your pad, we will of course exchange or refund.

What is your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is very simple. We will not, under any circumstances pass your details onto a third party. We use your details purely for purposes of completing your order.

What is the maximum weight the slings can carry?

We recommend a maximum weight of 16kg for our slings.

What are your rings made from?

We use LEAD FREE aluminium rings in our cotton rings and nylon ploymer in our solarveil slings. They have been specifically designed and manufactured for use in baby slings. Each ring is individually tested to over 110kg.
